Resignation Of Chief Executive Officer And Executive Director

In accordance with section 6.42 of the JSE Debt & Specialist Securities
Listings Requirements, the Board of Directors of Satrix wishes to advise
that Ms Fikile Ingrid Mbhokota has resigned as Chief Executive Officer and
Executive Director of Satrix to pursue her PhD studies.

Ms Mbhokota's notice of resignation applies to all her roles and
responsibilities within Satrix and is effective from 31 January 2026.

The Satrix board of directors ("the Board") has accepted Ms Mbhokota's
resignation. It expresses its appreciation for her service and commitment
over the past three years and wishes her well in her future endeavours.

The Board will advise of the appointment of a replacement in due course.
