AVAILABILITY OF AUDITED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER

In compliance with paragraph 19.20 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited
(“JSE”), Sygnia hereby notifies its securities holders that the audited annual
financial statements of the Portfolios which the Company manages for the year ended
31 December 2021 are available on the Sygnia website and may be viewed on

www.sygnia.co.za

The Issuer further wishes to advise that their audit reports were unqualified and
there were no restatements of the previous year’s annual financial statements.
