SECURITIES (DSS) LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS

In terms of section 6.7 of the JSE DSS Listings Requirements ("Listings
Requirements"), confirmation is hereby provided that the audited financial
statements of the portfolios for the year ended 31 December 2024:

   a) are available for inspection on the company website by using the following
      link: www.sygnia.co.za/sygnia-itrix-range;

   b) issued unqualified audit reports; and

   c) there were no restatements of the previous year's annual financial
      statements.
