NOTIFICATION OF AMENDMENT TO THE NAMES OF THE 1NVEST ETF PORTFOLIOS

Introduction

Holders of 1nvest ETF participatory interests ("security") are advised that the Financial Sector
Conduct Authority ("FSCA") has approved an application by the Manager ("STANLIB") of the
STANLIB ETF Collective Investment Scheme to change the names of the relevant ETF Portfolios
in accordance with section 43(1) of CISCA.

Background

1nvest has reached the end of its incubation period as contemplated in the incubation agreement
previously entered with STANLIB. Following extensive deliberation and due diligence, it has been
decided to rename all portfolios subject to the newly entered co-naming arrangement with
STANLIB.

The ETF name changes are subject to the following JSE Corporate timelines:

The changes in respect of the Portfolios are only in relation to the long name of the
Portfolios. The history and all other details, such as the instruments' alpha codes, ISIN
codes and JSE short names will remain the same.
