of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2002 and managed by NewFunds (RF) Proprietary Limited
(Registration Number 2005/034899/07) (the “Manager”).

CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited (“JSE”), NewFunds hereby notifies its
securities holders of the following changes to the Board of NewFunds with effect from 09 December 2020.

The appointment of Mr Luyolo Poswa as an independent non-executive director of the Board and member of the Audit,
Risk and Compliance Committee of the NewFunds.

Mr Poswa is currently the Executive Chairman and Director of Poswa Incorporated, a law firm which specialises in
Banking & Finance as well as Corporate and Commercial transactions. Mr Poswa has served in a number of specialised
positions during his career and his expertise in both law and finance will be a benefit to the Company.

NewFunds welcomes Mr Poswa to the board and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
