Note holders are advised that in accordance with paragraphs 6.15 to
6.17 and 6.21 of the Debt Listings Requirements, which form part of
the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the annual financial statements
of SASP for the year ended 30 June 2024, are available on the Company's

While this announcement is not audited, the Annual Results from which
the information in this announcement is derived, were audited by the
Company's auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc, who expressed an
unmodified opinion thereon. Their audit opinion, which contains an
emphasis of matter relating to the prospective correction of a
possible prior period error, can be viewed on the Company's website
(https://www.sasfin.com/investor-relations).

In accordance with paragraph 6.17(b)of the Debt Listings Requirements,
the audit report of The South African Securitisation Programme (RF)
Limited is unqualified.
