NOTICE OF DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF FINANCIAL RESULTS

Noteholders are hereby advised that South African Securitisation
Programme (RF) Limited ("SASP") annual financial results for the year
ended 30 June 2024 ("Results") will not be published on 31 October 2024
as required in terms of paragraphs 6.15 of the Debt Listings
Requirements ("DLR's").

Noteholders are referred to the publication of the annual financial
statements of Sasfin Holdings Limited ("Sasfin AFS") on SENS on 30
September 2024. The Sasfin AFS were delayed due to the finalisation of
the financial statements and was subsequently published on 22 October
2024. This delay had a consequential knock-on impact on the timing and
finalisation of the Annual Financial Statements of SASP ("SASP AFS").

The SASP AFS are in the process of being finalised for release and
expected to be published as soon as practically possible.
