NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND DISTRIBUTION OF ANNUAL REPORT

Shareholders are advised that the annual report for the year ended 31 March 2023 was distributed to
shareholders today, Friday, 14 July 2023. The annual report, incorporating the notice of annual general
meeting and audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2023 are also available at
www.yeboyethu.co.za

Notice is hereby given that the fifteenth annual general meeting of the company will be held in person at
Vodacom World, 082 Vodacom Boulevard, Midrand, Johannesburg on Monday, 14 August 2023 at 10:00 and
by electronic participation via the electronic meeting platform. Full details of participation at the annual general
meeting are set out in the notice of annual general meeting.

The salient dates and times for the annual general meeting are as follows:
