CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND BOARD COMMITTEES

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 2
August 2021, wherein it was advised that Mr Miles Dally will take
normal retirement in accordance with company policy and will retire
from the board with effect from the close of business on 30 November
2021, and that Mr Paul Cruickshank will be appointed as Chief
Executive Officer with effect from 1 December 2021.

In   compliance  with   the  JSE   Limited  Listings   Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Mr Dally will simultaneously resign as
a member of the Risk Committee and the Social and Ethics Committee,
and that Mr Cruickshank has been appointed both to the board and as
a member of the Risk Committee and the Social and Ethics Committee
with effect from 1 December 2021.

Shareholders are further advised that Mrs Manana Nhlanhla will also
take retirement and retire as a non-executive director from the board,
and as a member of the Social and Ethics Committee, with effect from
today 16 November 2021.

The board would like to express their sincere thanks and appreciation
to Mr Dally and Mrs Nhlanhla for their contributions throughout their
years of service.
