CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with the requirements of paragraph 3.59(c) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, Crookes Brothers wishes to announce the
following change to the Board of Directors:

Shareholders are advised that Mrs Farzanah Mall has been appointed as an
independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 5 November
2021.

Farzanah has held executive and senior leadership positions for over twelve years.
She is a qualified, experienced Chartered Accountant and a business advisory and
management consulting specialist. Farzanah has worked for three of the big four
auditing firms and has over twenty years’ experience in business advisory services,
including strategy, business optimization, leadership, risk management and
governance.

Farzanah is a non-executive director of Tsogo Sun Gaming Limited and was
previously a non-executive director of Comair Limited. She was also a Director at
KPMG for 10 years and a KPMG board member from 2016 to 2018. Farzanah is also
a past President of the Businesswomen’s Association of South Africa (BWA).
