NO CHANGE STATEMENT, DISTRIBUTION OF NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND SUMMARISED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Shareholders of the Company (“Shareholders”) are hereby advised that the Company’s
notice of annual general meeting (“Notice of AGM”), incorporating the summarised audited
consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2021
(“Summarised Financial Statements”) was distributed to Shareholders today,
21 May 2021, and contains no modifications to the audited results which were announced on
SENS on 17 May 2021.

The following  reports are available on the Company’s website, at
https://www.calgrom3.com/index.php/investors/annual-reports:

1.   the Notice of AGM, incorporating the Summarised Financial Statements;
2.   the Company’s full integrated annual report; and
3.   the full audited consolidated annual financial statements of the Company for the year
     ended 28 February 2021.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting (“AGM”) will be conducted entirely by
electronic communication as permitted by the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as amended,
the JSE Limited and the Company’s memorandum of incorporation at 10:00 a.m. on
Friday, 25 June 2021 to transact the business as set out in the Notice of AGM.

The date on which Shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register of the
Company to be eligible to vote at the AGM is Friday, 18 June 2021, with the last day to trade
being Monday, 14 June 2021.
