INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT

Shareholders are referred to the Company’s SENS announcement on 14 December 2020
notifying shareholders of the annual general meeting (“AGM”) of the Company to be held at
12:30 p.m. on Thursday, 11 February 2021 and further advising shareholders that the full
integrated annual report will be made available on Kaap Agri’s website on or about
22 January 2021.

Shareholders are advised that the full integrated annual report has today been made
available on Kaap Agri’s website at https://www.kaapagri.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/Kaap_Agri_Annual_IAR_2020_Interactive_PDF.pdf

In addition, shareholders are advised that the Company is considering changing the format
of the AGM to a fully virtual meeting (time and date unchanged), given the severity of the
second wave of the Covid-19 pandemic that is currently sweeping the country, and the
restrictions on gatherings of people in terms of the Disaster Management Act, No 57 of 2002.
It is expected that a further announcement in this regard will be released within the next few
days.
