The sale agreement was subject to the Purchaser providing the relevant bank guarantees by 4 December 2020, which it failed to do. The parties subsequently entered into an addendum to the sale agreement in terms of which the agreement was reinstated on substantially the same terms, except for the following: • The Purchaser is to provide a non-refundable deposit of R1 500 000 by 11 December 2020; and • The Purchaser has been granted extension until 31 January 2021 to secure the relevant bank guarantees.
