Invicta is pleased to announce that the suspensive conditions requiring approval from the competition authorities of South Africa and Botswana have been met. Both approvals were unconditional. Several other suspensive conditions remain outstanding, including Invicta shareholder approval and the approval of the competition authorities of Eswatini and Zimbabwe. Invicta, however, is confident of receiving decisions in this regard by the end of November 2020.
