CHANGE IN FUNCTION OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement published on 3 December 2018 wherein it was announced that
Mark Stevens, the chief executive officer and managing director of Fortress, had indicated his intention to retire within
the next 12 months and that Steven Brown was designated as the next chief executive officer and managing director of
Fortress.

Shareholders are advised Mark has stepped down as chief executive officer and managing director of Fortress with
effect from 8 July 2019, but will remain on the board as an executive director until 30 September 2019, when he will
retire, having served on the board of Fortress for 10 years. Steven has accordingly assumed the role of chief executive
officer and managing director of Fortress with effect from 8 July 2019. Mark and Steven will continue to work closely
to ensure that a smooth changeover in the role of chief executive officer and managing director occurs.
