RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY


Shareholders and noteholders are advised that Ms Fundiswa Nkosi has resigned as Hyprop's company secretary
with effect from 31 May 2026. The board of directors thanks Fundiswa for her contribution to the Company and
wishes her well in her future endeavours.

The Company has commenced the process of recruiting a new company secretary and a further announcement in
this regard will be released in due course.
