DISCLOSURE OF DISPOSAL OF BENEFICIAL INTERESTS IN SECURITIES IN YEBOYETHU AND RESIGNATION
OF DIRECTOR

YeboYethu received a notification of disclosure from the Vodacom Siyanda Employee Trust advising that
it has disposed of a beneficial interest in the securities of YeboYethu, such that the total of all beneficial
interests held by Vodacom Siyanda Employee Trust is now 7.85% of the issued ordinary share capital of
YeboYethu.

This disclosure is in terms of section 122 of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, as amended and Regulation
121 of the Companies Regulations, 2011 and paragraph 6.54 of the JSE Limited ("JSE") Listings
Requirements.

In accordance with paragraph 6.71 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Ms
Tersha Walljee, a non-executive director, representing the Vodacom Siyanda Employee Trust on the
YeboYethu board of directors ("Board"), will step down from the Board and as a member of the Social and
Ethics Committee, with effect from 22 May 2026 following a reduction in the Vodacom Siyanda Employee
Trust's shareholding in YeboYethu below the level required to qualify for Board representation.

The Board wishes to extend its sincere gratitude to Tersha for four years of dedication to ensuring that
the shareholders of YeboYethu derived value from the Company's investment in Vodacom.

The Board accepts responsibility for the information contained in this announcement and confirms that,
