Furthermore for all the above annual reports the directors of the Manager were satisfied that the financial statements fairly present
the financial position, the result of operations and the cash flows in accordance with IFRS Accounting Standards and are free
from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error in the manner required by the Trust Deed and the Collective Investment
Schemes Control Act of South Africa, and is supported by reasonable and prudent judgements applied consistently.

The Manager further wishes to advise that there were no material changes to the terms and conditions to the EasyETFs ETF
Programme Memorandum and the relevant supplements.
