Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting for eMedia Holdings shareholders, which will be held on Friday, 29 August 2025 at 11h00 at the offices of HCI: Suite 801, 76 Regent Road, Sea Point, 8005. The record date for determining when shareholders must be recorded in the register to be entitled to participate in and vote at the AGM is Friday, 22 August 2025. The last date to trade to participate in and vote at the AGM is Tuesday, 19 August 2025.
