Ballot Results Amalgamation of the Satrix Healthcare Innovation Feeder
ETF with the Satrix MSCI World ESG Enhanced Feeder ETF
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement of Wednesday, 03
September 2025, regarding the ballot voting procedure in respect of the
amalgamation of the Satrix Healthcare Innovation Feeder ETF ("source
fund") with the Satrix MSCI World ESG Enhanced Feeder ETF ("target
fund").
The ballot closed on Wednesday, 15 October 2025, and the 97.77% of
investors holding a majority in value of participatory interest of the
Satrix Healthcare Innovation Feeder ETF voted in favour of the
amalgamation in terms of section 99 of the CISCA.
The effective date of the amalgamation is 13 November 2025 and the
amalgamation will be implemented in accordance with the timeline below.
