Further to the announcement released on SENS on Tuesday, 04 November 2025
regarding the finalisation announcement, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty Ltd
hereby announce the conversion ratio and the issue price.

1. Conversion ratio

As per SENS announced on Tuesday, 04 November 2025, investors will be
entitled to 0.78164 ("the conversion ratio") Satrix MSCI World ESG
Enhanced Feeder ETF (STXESG) securities for each Satrix Healthcare
Innovation Feeder ETF (STXHLT) security.

2. Issued securities and listing

The Satrix MSCI World ESG Enhanced Feeder ETF (STXESG) will issue 1 076
158(One million Seventy Six thousand One hundred and Fifty Eight)
securities to list on the "Exchange Traded Funds" sector of the main
board of the JSE Limited, at an issue price of approximately R93.4566
(9345.66 cents) per security, to commence trading on Thursday, 13 November
2025. The exact price will be announced tomorrow 13 November 2025 by
11:00 am.
