VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT – ACQUISITION OF EXECUSTORE

Stor-Age is pleased to announce the acquisition of Execustore in Ballito, Kwazulu-Natal for a purchase
consideration of R59 million (the "Acquisition").

The Acquisition is in line with Stor-Age's growth strategy of acquiring trading self storage properties and
represents an excellent opportunity to acquire a well-constructed property in a high-growth location,
which is complementary to the existing portfolio.

Located on Jack Smith Street, just off Ballito Drive and benefiting from good access from the N2/M4
corridor, the property is positioned within a light industrial and commercial precinct, approximately
2.8km from Ballito Junction and Ballito Lifestyle Centre, the region's dominant retail hub. The property
is well-positioned to service the areas of Ballito, Salt Rock, Zimbali and Shaka's Rock.

The purpose-built double-storey property offers 5 700m² GLA and also benefits from significant
additional bulk, with 6 600m2 of land available for future expansion.

The effective date of the Acquisition was 1 April 2026.

The Acquisition is uncategorised in terms of the JSE Listings Requirements, and the information
contained in this announcement has been voluntarily disclosed by the Company.
