APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Shareholders are advised that Ms Melani De Castro has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and director of the
Company, with effect from 1 April 2026.

Ms De Castro is a qualified CA(SA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) Honours in Accounting. Melani joined
Crookes Brothers in 2016 and, until recently, held the role of Group Financial Manager. Prior to joining Crookes Brothers,
Melani served her articles at Deloitte in Durban.

The board of directors of Crookes Brothers ("Board") congratulates Melani on her appointment and is confident that her
experience and financial expertise will bode well for the Group.

The Board confirms that, in compliance with paragraph 6.73 of the JSE Listings Requirements, a fit and proper
assessment has been conducted and that the Board is satisfied with the outcome of the assessment. Additionally, the
Company confirms that there are no positive statements to report in respect of the integrity information contained in the
director's declaration.
