Exxaro, a large South African-based diversified resources group, with interests in the coal, energy and
metals markets released its full reviewed interim results for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026
(Interim Results).

This results announcement has been prepared in compliance with the JSE Listings Requirements, is
not reviewed or audited but is extracted from the underlying reviewed information. The condensed
interim financial statements have been reviewed by the Company’s auditors, KPMG Inc, who issued an
unmodified review conclusion thereon.
Notice of interim cash dividend
At the board of directors meeting on 18 August 2026, the directors approved a gross interim dividend
of 700 cents per share. The interim dividend is payable on Monday, 5 October 2026 to shareholders
who will be on the register on Friday, 2 October 2026. The interim dividend was declared from income
generated during the six-month period ended 30 June 2026 and has been declared from income
reserves. The interim dividend is subject to dividend withholding tax at a rate of 20% for all shareholders
who are not exempt from or do not qualify for a reduced rate of dividend withholding tax (net local
dividend amounts to 560.00000 cents per share).

First trading day ex dividend on the JSE Wednesday, 30 September 2026
Record date Friday, 2 October 2026
Payment date Monday, 5 October 2026
