RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Rilapax Proprietary Limited, trading as William Radcliffe, will be resigning as company secretary of Zeda
with effect from 31 January 2024.

The Company has commenced a process to appoint a new company secretary and will release a further
announcement in due course.
