AVAILABILITY OF INTEGRATED REPORT, NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND B-BBEE COMPLIANCE REPORT
Further to the publication of Zeda's audited annual financial statements for the year ended 30
September 2024, announced on SENS on 26 November 2024, shareholders are advised that the 2024
integrated annual report ("Integrated Report") for the year ended 30 September 2024, together with
the notice of annual general meeting ("AGM"), is available on the Company's website at
www.zeda.co.za/investor
The notice of AGM has also been distributed to shareholders.
Shareholders can request a printed copy of the Integrated Report, by e-mailing their request to Investor
Relations at investorrelations@zeda.co.za
Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the third annual general meeting of the shareholders of Zeda will be held
virtually on Wednesday, 19 February 2025 at 14:00 for the purpose of considering and, if deemed fit,
passing with or without modification the resolutions set out in the notice of AGM.
The salient dates of the AGM are as follows:
Record date for determining those shareholders entitled to Friday, 13 December 2024
receive the notice of AGM
Notice of AGM distributed to shareholders on Friday, 20 December 2024
Last date to trade to be eligible to participate in and vote at the Tuesday, 11 February 2025
