Annual results and audited consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March
2022 and dividend declaration

Shareholders are advised that YeboYethu’s results and audited consolidated annual financial statements for
the year ended 31 March 2022 are available on YeboYethu's website at www.yeboyethu.co.za. The salient
features include:

•   Basic earnings per share of 6 728 cents (31 March 2021: 2 400 cents);
•   Final dividend of 107 cents per share, in accordance with the funding terms of the BEE transaction.

YeboYethu’s only investment is in Vodacom Group Limited (‘Vodacom’). Shareholders are advised that
Vodacom has released its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2022 on SENS which is available
for download on the Vodacom website hosted at www.vodacom .com

Declaration of dividend number 19 - payable from income reserves

Notice is hereby given that a gross final dividend No. 19 of 107 cents per ordinary share in respect of the
year ended 31 March 2022 has been declared payable on Monday 11 July 2022 to shareholders recorded in
the register at the close of business on Friday 8 July 2022. The number of ordinary shares in issue at the
date of this declaration is 52 915 960. The ordinary dividend will be subject to a local dividend withholding
tax rate of 20%. Accordingly, for those shareholders not exempt from paying dividend withholding tax, the
net ordinary dividend will 85.60000 cents per ordinary share.

Last day to trade shares cum dividend           Tuesday 5 July 2022
Shares commence trading ex-dividend             Wednesday 6 July 2022
Record date                                     Friday 08 July 2022
Payment date                                    Monday 11 July 2022


Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Wednesday 6 July 2022 and Friday

On Monday 11 July 2022, the dividend will be electronically transferred into the bank accounts of all
certificated shareholders where this facility is available. Shareholders who hold dematerialised shares will
have their accounts at their CSDP or broker credited on Monday 11 July 2022.
