FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE DECLARATION OF A SPECIAL DIVIDEND


Shareholders are referred to Telkom's annual results for the year ended 31 March 2025 released on
SENS on 10 June 2025 ("Annual Results Announcement") which included the declaration of a special
dividend in the amount of 97.82051 cents per ordinary share ("Special Dividend") subject to a local
dividend withholding tax to those shareholders who are not exempt from paying dividend withholding
tax.

The Annual Results Announcement stated that payment of the Special Dividend is subject to Exchange
Control approval and shareholders are now advised that Exchange Control approval has been obtained.

The salient dates for the declaration of the Special Dividend remain unchanged as announced in the
Annual Results Announcement.
