Further to the announcement released on SENS on Thursday, 12 June 2025
regarding the finalisation announcement, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty
Limited hereby announce the conversion ratio and the issue price.

1. Conversion ratio

As per SENS announced on Thursday, 12 June 2025, investors will be
entitled to 1.08711 ("the conversion ratio") Satrix Global Balanced
Fund of Funds Securities(STXGLB)for each STXMAP unit.

2. Issued securities and listing

Satrix Global Balanced Fund of Funds ETF will issue 567 730(Five
hundred and Sixty Seven thousand seven hundred and Thirty) securities
to list on the "Exchange Traded Funds" sector of the main board of
the JSE Limited, at an issue price of approximately R 54.996 (5499.6
cents) per security, to commence trading on Tuesday, 01 July 2025.
