Further to the announcement released on SENS on Tuesday, 04 November 2025
regarding the finalisation announcement, Satrix Managers (RF) Pty Ltd
hereby announce the conversion ratio and the issue price.

1. Conversion ratio

As per SENS announced on Tuesday, 04 November 2025, investors will be
entitled to 1.27635 ("the conversion ratio") Satrix Global Infrastructure
Feeder ETF (STXIFR) securities for each Satrix Smart City Infrastructure
Feeder ETF (STXCTY) security.

2. Issued securities and listing

The Satrix Global Infrastructure Feeder ETF (STXIFR) will issue 759
472(Seven Hundred and Fifty Nine thousand Four hundred and Seventy Two)
securities to list on the "Exchange Traded Funds" sector of the main
board of the JSE Limited, at an issue price of R61.9946 (6199.46 cents)
per security, to commence trading on Thursday, 13 November 2025. The
exact price will be announced tomorrow 13 November 2025 by 11:00 am.
