Further to the announcement released on SENS on Wednesday, 12 November
2025 regarding the conversion ratio announcement, Satrix Managers (RF)
Pty Ltd hereby announce the final issue price.


Issued securities and listing

The Satrix Global Infrastructure Feeder ETF (STXIFR) will issue 759
472(Seven Hundred and Fifty Nine thousand Four hundred and Seventy Two)
securities to list on the "Exchange Traded Funds" sector of the main
board of the JSE Limited, at an issue price of R61.9273 (6192.73 cents)
to commence trading on Thursday, 13 November 2025.
