COURT APPROVES CONVENING OF SG FLEET GROUP LIMITED SCHEME MEETINGS AND DESPATCH OF SCHEME BOOKLET
Super Group wishes to make its shareholders and noteholders aware of the announcement released by SG Fleet
Group Limited ("SG Fleet") on the Australian Stock Exchange ("ASX") today advising shareholders of SG Fleet, inter
alia, that the Supreme Court of New South Wales has made orders approving:
- the convening of the two scheme meetings of SG Fleet shareholders to consider and vote on the resolutions to
approve the scheme of arrangement ("Scheme"); and
- the despatch of the scheme booklet to SG Fleet shareholders providing information about the Scheme ("Scheme
Booklet").

The Scheme Booklet is expected to be released to ASX on Friday, 21 February 2025 and will also be available
electronically for viewing and downloading at

The SG Fleet independent expert has concluded that the Scheme is fair and reasonable and hence in the best interests
of SG Fleet shareholders in the absence of a superior proposal.
