IMPLEMENTATION OF SG FLEET GROUP LIMITED SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT

Super Group wishes to make its shareholders and noteholders aware of the announcement (the "SG Fleet
announcement") released by SG Fleet Group Limited ("SG Fleet") on the Australian Stock Exchange ("ASX") today.
The SG Fleet announcement advises shareholders of SG Fleet that the acquisition by Westmann Bidco Pty Limited,
an entity owned and controlled by funds managed or advised by Pacific Equity Partners Pty Limited, of 100% of the
shares in SG Fleet by way of a scheme of arrangement was implemented today.

A further announcement will be made in due course regarding the distribution of the net proceeds by way of a
