Corresponding Trading Halt Not Declared on Johannesburg Stock Exchange


On 10 June 2025, pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, Southern Palladium Limited (ASX Code: SPD and JSE Code:
SDL) (the Company or Southern Palladium) requested, and the ASX granted, an immediate trading halt for
all of Southern Palladium's securities.

The trading halt was requested pending an announcement regarding a capital raising, to be undertaken by
way of a share placement (Placement). The trading halt is required to enable the Placement to be undertaken
in an orderly manner.

The trading halt on the ASX will remain in place until the earlier of such time as it makes an announcement
to the market in relation to the outcome of the Placement and the commencement of trading on Thursday,
12 June 2025.

The Johannesburg Stock Exchange has not declared a corresponding Trading Halt and accordingly investors
should be wary of buying or selling securities ahead of the Company's Placement announcement.
