AVAILABILITY OF BEE COMPLIANCE REPORT

No change statement

With regard to the audited results for the year ended June 2019,
shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements have
been distributed to shareholders today, 30 September 2019 and
contain no modifications to the audited results which were published
on SENS on 2 September 2019.

We confirm that there have been no changes to the unqualified
auditor’s report which was referenced in the audited results and
made available to shareholders at the Company’s registered office on
the same date as the release of the audited results.

Notice of annual general meeting

Notice is hereby given that the 53rd annual general meeting of the
Company’s shareholders will be held at Ten The Boulevard, Westway
Office Park, Westville, on Wednesday 20 November 2019 at 08h30 to
transact the business as stated in the annual general meeting notice
forming part of the annual financial statements.

and vote at the annual general meeting

*Any proxies not lodged by this time must be handed to the
chairperson of the annual general meeting immediately prior to such
proxy exercising his/her right to vote at the annual general
meeting.

Shareholders are advised that the latest annual compliance report in
terms of Section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic
Empowerment Amendment Act No. 46 of 2013, is available on our
