CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND BOARD SUB-COMMITTEE COMPOSITIONS

This announcement is published in accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings
Requirements.

Netcare is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Busisiwe Mathe as independent non-
executive director with effect from 01 October 2025. Busisiwe will join the Social and Ethics
Committee and Audit Committees respectively as a member.

Busi is a qualified chartered accountant with senior leadership and board level experience in
digital transformation, cyber security and data privacy. She has over 15 years of consulting
experience where she was instrumental in helping clients understand and manage emerging
cyber security and data privacy risks, including assisting them in building fit for purpose road
maps as they digitally transform. She continues to serve as an independent non-executive
director for listed and non-listed companies. The Netcare Board of Directors ("Board")
welcomes the appointment of Busisiwe Mathe and is confident that the Board will benefit from
her strong commercial acumen and business leadership experience.

The Board is also pleased to announce the appointment of Ms L Stephens as chair of the
Audit Committee with effect from 01 October 2025, following the resignation of Ms B Bulo
from the Board effective 30 September 2025. The Board wishes Ms Bulo all the best in her
future endeavours.
