INVESTEC LIMITED PURCHASE OF INVESTEC PLC ORDINARY SHARES AND REPURCHASE OF
INVESTEC LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES 

Further to the share purchase and share buyback programme commencement announcement on 20
August 2025 ("The Programme"), the following purchases were made:

Investec Limited purchases of Investec plc ordinary shares - LSE 
Investec Limited (the "Company") announces today it has purchased the following number of Investec
plc's ordinary shares of 0.0002 pence each through Investec Markets Proprietary Limited. 

Date of purchase:                                              27 August 2025 – 02 September 2025
Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:                 1,183,024
Lowest price paid per share                                    GBP5.3400
Highest price paid per share                                   GBP5.5700
Average price paid per share                                   GBP5.4699

The Company intends to treat the shares as if they were treasury shares in the consolidated annual
financial statements of the Investec Group. 

Since the 20th of August 2025, the Company has purchased 2,154,015 shares at a cost (including dealing
and associated costs) of GBP11,840,952.

Investec Limited purchases of Investec plc ordinary shares - JSE 
Investec Limited (the "Company") announces today it has purchased the following number of Investec
plc's ordinary shares of 0.0002 pence each through Investec Markets Proprietary Limited. 

Date of purchase:                                              27 August 2025 – 02 September 2025
Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:                 883,589
Lowest price paid per share                                    R126.7000
Highest price paid per share                                   R133.2400
Average price paid per share                                   R130.2376

The Company intends to treat the shares as if they were treasury shares in the consolidated annual
financial statements of the Investec Group. 

Since 20th of August 2025, the Company has purchased 1,773,195 shares at a cost (including dealing
and associated costs) of R232,424,377.  

Investec Limited repurchases of Investec Limited ordinary shares - JSE 
The Company announces today it has purchased the following number of Investec Limited's ordinary
shares of R0.0002 each through Investec Markets Proprietary Limited.

Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:                 629,936
Lowest price paid per share                                    R127.6000

The repurchased Investec Limited shares will be cancelled and reinstated as authorised but unissued
shares in the share capital of Investec Limited. 

Since 20th of August 2025, the Company has purchased 1,387,305 shares at a cost (including dealing and
associated costs) of R183,344,115.
