CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND COMPOSITION OF THE INVESTMENT COMMITTEE


Shareholders and noteholders are advised that Kevin Ellerine, non-executive director and member of the Investment
Committee ("IC"), has resigned from the board of directors of Hyprop ("the Board") and the IC, with effect from
1 June 2026, to pursue personal interests.

The Board wishes to thank Kevin for his valuable contribution over the last seventeen years and wishes him well in his
future endeavours.

Commenting on his resignation, Kevin said: "I want to thank the entire board for the many years we have been together
and wish the entire team great success in the future."
