CHANGES TO THE BOARD
Shareholders are hereby advised, in compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of
the JSE Limited, of the following changes to the board of directors (Board).
As reflected in the notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) published on 29 March 2021, Mr Jeff
van Rooyen, who has been an independent non-executive director since August 2008 and who also
served as chairman of the Board, retired at the AGM on 27 May 2021.
The Board wishes to thank Mr van Rooyen and express its sincere appreciation for his outstanding
leadership and valuable contribution throughout his tenure as independent non-executive director and
chairman of the Board.
