CONVERSION RATIO ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE AMALGAMATION OF THE 10X DIVTRAX ETF
WITH THE 10X TOP50 ETF


This announcement is important and requires the immediate attention of investors in the 10X S&P SA Dividend
Aristocrats Exchange Traded Fund ("10X DivTrax ETF") and the 10X S&P SA Top50 Exchange Traded Fund
("10X Top50 ETF") portfolios


Investors are referred to the Finalisation Announcement released on SENS on 11 July 2024 and are advised
the that the conversion ratio for the Amalgamation is 0.74773 10X Top50 ETF securities for 1 10X DivTrax
ETF security held by a DivTrax ETF investor.


The final conversion ratio was determined based on the issue prices of R 32.5942 per 10X Top50 ETF security
and R 24.3718 per Divtrax ETF security, respectively as at market close on Friday, 12 July 2024.
