INTERIM RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 AUGUST
2019



1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     Loss before Tax increased by 24.8% to R5.504 million, from R4.409 million in the prior
     corresponding period.

     Headline loss per share decreased by 42.5% to 11.1 cents per share, from 19.3 cents per
     share in the prior corresponding period.

     Loss per share decreased by 44.8% to 11.1 cents per share, from 20.1 cents per share
     in the prior corresponding period.

     The headline and earnings loss per share decrease is not due to operational performance
     but mainly due to the additional shares that were issued by Afdawn during the period.
