Republic of South Africa in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2002 ("CISCA"))

Changes to the Board of Directors

Pursuant to paragraph 6.42 of the DSS Listings Requirements, 27four AMETFs unit holders are advise that Mr.
Geoffrey Llewellyn Carter has been appointed by the Company as the Independent Non-Executive Director of the
Company. Geoffrey will be replacing Mr. Ken Hopkins.

Geoffrey is an attorney-at-Law with 35 years of distinguished legal experience, holding various prestigious legal
positions over the decades. Owner of Carter & Associates Inc, a firm also registered as a compliance practice with
the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA). Specializes in non-banking financial law, providing expert services
to a diverse clientele, including areas of company law and family law. Member of the Institute of Directors in South
Africa (IoDSA). He also holds numerous executive and non-executive chairperson and directorship roles in various
domestic and international companies, as well as audit and risk committees.


The above changes were approved by the FCSA on the 26th of February 2025.
