Notice is hereby given that the following dates are of importance in regard
to a possible quarterly distribution to holders of securities in the
Portfolios, for the quarter ending 31 December 2016:

Last day to trade cum distribution:                Friday, 23 December 2016
Securities trade ex-distribution:               Wednesday, 28 December 2016
Record date:                                       Friday, 30 December 2016

Declaration of the amount to be distributed (if any) and the payment date
will be made within 14 business days after the record date.
