RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR:

In accordance with paragraph 3.59 (b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, holders of
securities in NewFunds are hereby advised that Christina Maria Ruth Playne has resigned as non-
executive director of NewFunds, with immediate effect.

The board of directors of NewFunds wishes to thank Ms. Playne for her valued contributions during
her tenure as a director and wish her well in her future endeavours.
