Murray & Roberts shareholders are advised that the 2024 Annual Integrated Report for the year
ended 30 June 2024, has been published and is available to be viewed on the Company's website
(www.murrob.com). Also available to view on the website are the full Annual Financial Statements
and the Notice of AGM.
2. Notice of AGM
The 76th AGM of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 5 November 2024 at 14:00 on the Ground
Floor in The Interchange, 22 Skeen Boulevard, Bedfordview, Johannesburg and by electronic
communication (as permitted by the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as amended and by the
Company's memorandum of incorporation).
