LISTING OF ADDITIONAL SATRIXNDA SECURITIES

SATRIXNDA has issued and listed an additional 100 000 securities
with effect from the commencement of business today, at an issue
price of approximately R85.89 per security. Following the listing of
the 100 000 securities, there will be 7 091 673 SATRIXNDA securities
in issue.
