FURTHER DELAY IN THE PUBLICATION OF THE COMPANY'S FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE
YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2023
Shareholders are referred to the 'Quarterly Progress Report – February 2024' announcement released on
SENS on 29 February 2024 and the trading statement released on SENS on 26 March 2024, advising
shareholders that the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2023 ("the FY2023 financial
results") was expected to be released on SENS on or about 15 April 2024.
Unfortunately, due to further delays on the side of the auditors, the Board of Directors of Salungano Group
("the Board") has been advised that the audit opinion would not be received in time to enable the publication
of the FY2023 financial results on 15 April 2024.
The Board is awaiting finalisation of the delayed timelines from the auditors and will inform shareholders via
SENS announcement of the revised expected release date of the FY2023 financial results as soon as possible.
