their Pillar 3 Risk and Capital Management Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2023, as
required by regulation 43 of the regulations relating to banks, issued in terms of the Banks Act, 94 of

At 31 December 2023, Nedbank Group reported a CET1 capital adequacy ratio of 13,5% (Dec 2022:
14,0%) well above the top end of the board-approved target range of 11,0% to 12,0%, a Liquidity
Coverage Ratio of 134.6% (Dec 2022: 160,5%) and a Net Stable Funding Ratio of 117,3% (Dec 2022:
