DIVIDEND/DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2023

Lighthouse shareholders are referred to the dividend declaration announcement released on Friday, 15 March
2024 and the circular ("Circular") distributed to shareholders in respect of a cash dividend of 1,35 EUR cents
per share ("Cash Dividend"), with an alternative scrip distribution option of 1,35 EUR cents per share ("Scrip
Distribution").

Shareholders are advised as follows:

    1. The Scrip Distribution reference price is 753,01474 ZAR cents per share ("Scrip Distribution
Reference Price"), being a 3,00% discount to the closing spot price of Lighthouse shares traded on the
JSE at 28 March 2024, less the amount of the Cash Dividend, converted from EUR at an exchange rate
of ZAR 20,51566:EUR 1,00 (determined as the 5-day weighted average foreign exchange rate on 28
       March 2024).

    2. Shareholders on the South African register who receive the Cash Dividend will receive their Cash
Dividend in South African Rands, converted from Euro at an exchange rate of ZAR 20,51566:EUR 1,00.

    3. Accordingly, the gross Cash Dividend of 1,35 EUR cents per share will be equal to 27,69614 ZAR cents
per share for shareholders on the South African register who are exempt from paying South African
       dividends tax.

    4. The net Cash Dividend amount is 22,15691 ZAR cents per share for South African shareholders liable
for South African dividends tax at a rate of 20,00%.

    5. Shareholders electing to receive the Scrip Distribution will be entitled to 3,67803 new Lighthouse shares
for every 100 Lighthouse shares held on the record date, being Friday, 12 April 2024, representing the
ratio that the Scrip Distribution bears to the Scrip Distribution Reference Price.

Shareholders are referred to the tax implications as set out in the Circular and the dividend/distribution
declaration announcement released on Friday, 15 March 2024.

The salient dates and times announced on Friday, 15 March 2024 remain unchanged.

As at the date of this announcement, Lighthouse has 1 830 409 794 ordinary shares in issue. If all shareholders
receive the Cash Dividend, the total value of the distribution will amount to EUR 24 710 532.

Should all shareholders elect to receive the Scrip Distribution, a maximum number of 67 323 021 new
Lighthouse shares would be issued.

The allocation of new Lighthouse shares will be such that shareholders receiving the Scrip Distribution will not
be allocated a fraction of a new Lighthouse share.

Any entitlement to receive a fraction of a new Lighthouse share will be rounded down to the nearest whole
number and the value of the fraction (less any applicable dividends tax) will be paid to shareholders, to be
announced on Thursday, 11 April 2024.
