DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY THE JSE LTIS 2018 TRUST

The JSE LTIS 2018 Trust ("Trust") has sold 443 725 JSE ordinary shares in
the open market in respect of share awards forfeited by staff members ("LTIS
2018 participants"). An LTIS 2018 participant who voluntarily leaves the
employ of the JSE is no longer eligible to participate in the JSE's Long-
Term Incentive Scheme ("LTIS 2018") and automatically forfeits any unvested
share awards held under LTIS 2018, unless otherwise determined in terms of
the LTIS 2018 rules.

These JSE ordinary shares were sold on-market, with prior clearance and at
a volume-weighted average price ("VWAP") of R90.6636 per ordinary share.
The total transaction value amounted to R40 229 705. The daily high, low
and volume-weighted average price for the transactions effected by the Trust
were –
